I always get so upset when I think I have taken an all natural bath and I do some research and come to find I’ve been soaking in something toxic. What a bummer to know your entire body has spent an hour or more in something you can’t pronounce. Or something that’s been proven to cause Cancer. That’s really enough to kill my PMA.

This bath soak is made from small batches of pure dry milk, Epsom salts, baking soda and plant essential oils and is available in Lavender, Lemongrass, Mint, Vanilla and tons of other scents! I pour a handful of this into my bath as the warm water is running and it makes for the most amazing experience.
Epsom goes to work on sore muscles and aches and pains while the dry milk soaks and softens your skin to a milky, lovely texture! This is a staple in my daily baths and it’s made my legs, arms and body so, SO soft and lovely to the touch. My hands, legs and belly go from dry to silky after a bath in this beautiful milk bath!
This $7 (and you thought it didn’t get any better) bath soak is incredible for my arthritis! I KNOW that this will do the trick, and at such an affordable price (I can barely buy 2 oz of Himalayan Salt for COOKING for under $10), not only does it give your bath a really fun mermaid color, it works wonders on pains and aches! I mean miracles! I won’t do a bath without this! It has my heart. Dead sea salt aides in arthritis by improving symptoms like morning stiffness, walk time, hand-grip strength, activities of daily living, circumference movement of joints, number of active joints, as well as overall mood.

As usual, first things first. It was extremely hard for me to pick a favorite out of what I was sent. When you’re competition is 2 other products that smell just like Ande’s Mints, you know it’ll be a stiff win at best. But this Lavender Body Oil is to die for. They’re not messing around when they call this “the best body oil ever”. Organic Sunflower Oil, Almond Oil, Essential Lavender and Rosemary extract make this sweet, delectable body oil perfect for super dry areas, or just for smelling amazing all day long! I warm it in my palms and use it on my arms, legs & body after a shower because it leaves my body completely glowing and happy! The scent is absolutely incredible and lingers long after application. I keep this Lavender Oil by my nightstand to add to oil burnings or just for a little aromatherapy on my neck and chest before bed and I sleep so soundly! Moksa also plants a tree every time you buy this oil!
I love love love when a company somehow makes their products smell just like tea! Cloves are my jam and this Seattle Chai brought me right back to London – where Tea is no joke! Hints of cinnamon, clove and ginger add a zest to your shower that will make your whole bathroom smell like a Chai Tea! I’m normally very wary about soaps because I have extremely dry skin and my hands tend to get very dry after using them – but Moksa’s soaps are perfect! Just the right amount of lather, scent, exfoliation and cleanse! Made with saponified 100% food grade coconut, olive, sunflower, hemp seed oil, castor oil, shea butter, pure essential oils, organic herbs and botanical extracts. AWWWWEEEsooommmeee. Moksa also plants a tree every time you buy this soap!
This is one of the only face soaps I will use! Speaking of getting transported back to London, Abbey Road does the trick! It is a blend of sweet orange, clove, vanilla and english tea blends that will transport you without moving from your shower to the green fields and quaint villages of Britian. This will fight the blues as well as the blemishes! Made with 100% food grade coconut, olive, sunflower, hemp seed oil, castor oil, shea butter, pure essential oils, organic herbs and botanical extracts, this targets acne, blemish prone and combination skin to deliver an even, smooth tone! I love the gentle exfoliation on both my face and body, and really look forward to using this soap after a long day of working or as a way to remove makeup on my chin and cheeks. Let’s put it this way: I wash my hands a LOT more often now that this Sulfate-free, woodsy scented little bugger is in our house. It smells like somewhere between a pine forest and mint chewing gum (in a very good way!) and is super eye catching for guests when it sits by it’s lonesome by some sage on the bathroom sink. I never fail to get a comment about it! Guests will be sniffing their hands for hours! 😉 Moksa also plants a tree every time you buy this soap!
I had to keep reminding myself that this was a seasonal product, and stop being tempted to use it every moment because it smells so amazing. Ande’s Peppermints, once again – literally like Moksa found a way to bottle The Holidays! I am sure their body butter in any scent does the trick – especially because they have ones with healing oils & plants like Ylang-Ylang & Organic Lavender. These butters are extremely frosted, textured, but not greasy like most butters that go on that way! I use this on extremely dry, cracked areas and I swear it’s performed little miracles on my ashy spots – like palms, knees, and the back of my legs. This is my go-to butter for stubbornly dry spots. Let’s talk the first product I ran out of first, shall we? I did a raving review over here, but really, I am still in lust with this healing toner. It smells like you are laying in a field of freshly cut roses. Fresh Neroli – my favorite scent for skin and mood therapy – Honeysuckle, Rose, hints of Jasmine & Jojoba Oil make this a decadent treat for your face, pillow, neck, behind your ears, as a pick me up under your nose or on your wrists! Used on the face as a toner, it reduces redness, calms aggravated skin, reduces break outs and smells incredible on top of that! Highly recommended for all skin types.
This blend of floral tea is incredible for a skin and mind detox. This was my staple tea in New York and I was happy to bring it back to California with me and take little sips throughout the colder days of January. It works well as a cold tea for hotter days too!
This tea, blended with Organic Linden Flower & Leaf, Organic Rose Petals and Organic Hibiscus Flowers clears toxins from the body, fights infection in the digestive track, promotes glowing skin, helps kidney function and soothes nerves! I love the calming taste and let’s face it – the loose tea itself is just beautiful!
Named after one of the ladies favorite Denver stores – Ironwood – this unisex perfume combines anointing oils – like Frankincense, Palo Santo and Copal in a base of Jojoba for a woodsy, healing, seductive smell. It is a perfect aromatherapy to rub on your hands and inhale, put a few drops on your pillow for deep sleep or some on your neck, temples, and pressure points to relieve anxiety. I also prefer adding it to in a few drops to an oil burning or room cleansing so that my whole room can smell like this stuff. Let’s just say if a boy smelled like this – I would instantly fall in love! 🙂
I love my garden roses and I love my organic rose products. I think as far as healing goes, roses are just the bees knees. The rose offers a soothing property to the nerves and emotional /psychological state of mind. It is regarded as a mild sedative and anti-depressant. It is increasingly used in treatments for conditions of stress: nervous tension, peptic ulcers, heart disease, among other things. There is indication that rose essence may also positively influence digestion, bile secretion, womb disorders and circulation.
Formulated for lips, this rose balm restores, moisturizes, and keeps my pout hydrated and soft while smelling fantastic! I’ve also been using it for dry patches on my palms and knees – my “ashy areas” – and it treats them really well! Just a dime size amount to a dry spot, a small massage, and I don’t need to moisturize again for a long time!
Ingredients: Organic Coconut Oil, Candelila Wax, Coldpressed Meadowfoam Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil Infused with Wildcrafted Alkanet Root, Cold Pressed Avocado Oil, Castor Oil and Therapeautic Grade Essentials of Bulgarian Rose and Vanilla Bourbon
This smells waaaaay too good to be a deodorant. But okay. If you say so! 😉 I use this on my Yoga Mat, in my shoes, on my body and I’ll spray some on my chest, on pillows or in the air for aromatherapy because it has such a calming, relaxing, woodsy and unisex (!!) smell! I hadn’t used a Spray Deodorant before, and I have to say I’m actually really impressed! It holds up way better than many store brand deodorants I’ve bought and doesn’t leave behind any grease, mess or bad odor. Hints of Bergamot, Rose and Vanilla make it irresistible. Once again, boys – get on this! For most girls it would mean marriage if you smelled like this. Seriously.
Ingredients: Witch Hazel, Organic Olive Leaf Extract, Organic Tamanu Oil, Essential oils of Bergamot, Rose Geranium and Bourbon Vanilla, Flower Essences of Borage, Corn, Dandelion and Dogwood
I ran out of this pretty quickly as well, because it just works SO well! Massage a dime size amount onto the whole face, remove make-up and oil with a warm damp cloth and follow with cleanser or apply a few drops to a cotton pad/swab and gently swipe for targeted make-up removal. Don’t get me wrong – you definitely need to cleanse after you use this, but it removes makeup in such a lovely, soft, & velvety way that it’s a treat to use and also helps pores unclog as you do it! Fractionated Coconut Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil & Essential Oil of Bourbon Vanilla are the only 3 ingredients and I am assuming this little makeup remover has a ton of other healing uses as a face oil by itself. Skin is glowing, happy and healthy after using this gentle method which I love!

Made with Bulgarian Rose Petals, this mist quickly restores the skin’s Ph and tightens pores. Antibacterial properties help fight acne giving troubled skin a healthy glow and fresh start! It’s completely different from the Rejuvenating Mist, but still sweet and heavenly – like you’re laying in a field of Bulgarian Roses.
I have a feeling I’ll run out just about as quickly as I ran out of my Rejuvenating Mist, since this it’s my new favorite aromatherapy. A few spritz’s straight to the mug, on my neck or chest or just smelling the bottle calms my nerves, soothes my mind and helps me concentrate.

Since this was my first at-home oil cleanser experience, Svetlana gave me specific instructions on how to use this amazing Balancing Cleanser and now I don’t know how I ever lived without it – or how I ever justified paying hundreds of dollars for someone to do this for me!
A pea size amount in your hand really does do the trick. Rub on your face, massaging gently, and then use a steamed face cloth to cleanse. The results? An organic mini-facial! And the smell! Heavenly! Sweet, earthy luxury in a bottle! Healing, skin promoting ingredients make this a really amazing cleanser for removing makeup in one foul swoop, and it’s safe to use on your whole face!
A cleanser, makeup remover and blemish healer all in one! If you’re skeptical about using an oil to cleanse, I’d honestly recommend this first. Affordable enough to re-gift it if it doesn’t work for you and not kick yourself, but powerful enough that one use will really change your mind!
Considering this is the priciest product on the menu and it’s still under $45, you’ve found yourself a complete steal once again for a great organic product, and I cannot tell you how many post-acne scars this little bottle has cured already in just a month! I rub this on a clean face right before bed after warming it up in my palms, and wake up with skin that’s literally been glowing! Even my dog’s been snuggling closer to my face to get a whiff! Jojoba, Hazelnut and Sunflower Oil make this irresistible!
Every girl deserves a little jet black lip treat in her purse, so what better than a nourishing, organic, non toxic one? These are the most moisturizing and hydrating lip balms I’ve ever used. Feels like a balm, looks like a gloss!
Personally I think this is an extremely flattering color for me, so it tops my lips list and I take it everywhere with me. Lavish looks like a deeper purple but goes on more of a lovely and shimmery pink! Long lasting, perfect if you want subtle color with a little pop! Light, non-stick, and glamorous, it’s great for night looks or in combination to highlight other glosses or lipstick choices. It instantly hydrates and plumps with no gimmicks or toxic crap. Made with Carnauba Wax, Cacao Butter and Coconut Oil, this is actually healing as it delivers color and shine! How cool is that?
Bare is the first lip boost from Gressa’s line I had ever used, and I LOVE it! It matches my lip color actually pretty perfectly, so it’s great for on the go wear, castings, work, the beach, hiking – and I feel secretly glamorous wearing it since it just looks like added shine! 😉
I’d say this is a subtle pink/nude color and goes on just like it looks, but because it matches so well for me it’s hard to say for sure! Less shimmery than the Lavish or the Brilliant, I think it’s great for every day wear! Your lips will thank you for the extra hydration!
Brilliant is probably my favorite of the line because it’s so fun to wear! 
Nude, nourishing, and playful, Brilliant makes me want to go frolic in a meadow! (and I have, wearing it 😉 ) Slightly shimmery with a hint of light pink, it provides sheer, kissable, soft color and coverage. This is one of those colors that seems like it would be flattering on anyone – a great go-to gift for a loved one or if you’re not sure which Lip Boost you want to try!
Lips are softer, fuller and more hydrated after daily use!
